I thought I’d share the recipe for my ACV( Apple Cider Vinegar) Drink, that I love so much. I drink this at least once a day, I even find myself craving it. ACV is definitely a staple product for me, because of the many benefits and uses that it has. I found that since I started drinking it, my menstrual cramps are pretty much non- existent. And the biggest plus it curbs your appetite. I will share my different uses for ACV in the future.
12-16 oz. water
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw, local honey
2 oz. unfiltered apple juice
- Combine all the ingredients together in large cup and mix until honey is completely dissolved. Enjoy!
